Here's How Our Process Works...

  • We can be contacted via Facebook, YouTube, eMail, Text, Telephone, Website, and Face To Face.  After we've discussed your ideas, color schemes and themes - as well as your due date and price for your order. an electronic contract invoice is sent to via email for a deposit for your order.


  • Thereafter, you will be presented with photos of fabric combinations,fonts and if applicable an embroiderydesign for your theme...  After your approval, your order is started! 


  • You'll receive a progress report within 10 days after your order has been started [depending on your due - this could be sooner].  Your progress report will show photo[s] of your order and details regarding the remaining piece[s] to be completed.


  • Lastly, your order will be shipped!  You will receive notification your order have left our studio with a tracking number to monitor its status while it is en route!  

OR   Website Orders:

  • Place an order on our website.
  • You will receive a confirmation email, that your order have been received.
  • A Paid Invoice/Receipt will be sent to you via email with details regarding your order [expected delivery date, etc.]
  • A progress video or progress photos will be sent to you by text message, Facebook Messenger or email to give you an update on your order's status.
  • Your order will be shipped with a tracking number and information will be provided to you when it have left our studio.
